Building 105 is a 221,000 square feet Class A office building that is fully leased and occupied by Novartis Pharmaceuticals. Constructed of precast concrete panels over a steel infrastructure, building guests are greeted in the main and plaza level lobbies with cherrywood and limestone wall panels, which compliment the granite flooring.   

Building 105 is extremely energy efficient, as noted by it's 2010 certification by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) as a LEED - Gold certified building.  In addition, the building has been fully baselined since 2006 and Energy Star certified for 4 consecutive years.

Amenities include a café, underground parking, and a full fitness center. The tenant also provides a staffed nurse’s office, credit union branch, and a company store.
